Wilton Police Make Arrests for DUI, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Marijuana and More

Wilton Police reports for the week of Dec. 14-21, 2014.

The following police reports are from the Wilton Police Department:

Jeffrey Riecker, 56, and Liz Riecker, 50, of Wilton, were both arrested by Wilton Police on Dec. 18 for Disorderly Conduct. Liz Riecker was also charged with Giving a False Statement. The husband and wife appeared in court the following day.

Ernest Riccio, 51, and Richard Riccio, 23, both of Wilton, were arrested on Dec. 18 after altercation. The father and son were charged with Disorderly Conduct. Richard was transported to Norwalk Hospital due to a laceration to his head.

Tyron Wells-Davis, 27, of Bridgeport, was charged with DUI and Failure to Drive Right on Dec. 18. He was pulled over on Route 7 after a passing motorist called 911 when they observed him driving erratically.

Isabella Litvak, 19, of Weston, was pulled over on Dec. 19 after a traffic stop for speeding. An odor of marijuana was detected by the officer and the driver admitted she had smoked a pipe. She was issued a warning for driving unreasonably fast and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Matthew Acosta, of Riverside, was pulled over by Wilton police after he was observed speeding. An odor of marijuana was detected by the officer and a small amount of marijuana was found in the area of the driver’s seat. He was issued an infraction for Possession of Marijuana and Driving Unreasonably Fast.

Grzegorz Lewczak, 34, of Norwalk, was stopped on Belden Hill Road and Fenwood Lane in Wilton after officers observed him swerving and crossing over the double yellow line. Police found him to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and took him into custody. He was arrested for Failure to Drive Right, Operating with a Suspended License, Failure to Return Suspended License, DUI. He was released on a Promise to Appear note and is due in Norwalk Superior Court on Jan. 2, 2015.

Luis Tenezaca, 38, of Norwalk, was traveling south on Route 7 in Wilton on Dec. 21 when he crossed over into the northbound lane and struck an oncoming vehicle. Upon arrival, Wilton police conducted a series of field sobriety tests and found him to be Driving Under the Influence with a blood alcohol content of 0.18. His court date was Dec. 22.
