Wilton suffered its first loss in the 12-year-old District One Little League tournament with a 7-6 defeat to Darien American on Saturday.

Jack Williams hit two home runs, including a solo shot that had given Wilton a 6-5 lead.

Wilton, which had already clinched a spot in the semifinals, rebounded with a 10-4 win over Federal on Sunday to complete pool play at 5-1.

Following Sunday's games, the semifinal matchups were determined.

Wilton, the runner-up in pool B, will face National Lione, the top seed in pool A in the crossover playoffs on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Stamford Springdale.

Darien American, the top seed in pool B, takes on pool A runner-up North Stamford at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Stamford Springdale.

The finals are set for Sunday at Stamford's Scalzi Park at 4 p.m. with the winner advancing to the section one tournament, which is being hosted by Orange.  

North Stamford defeated Wilton 12-5 Sunday in the championship game of the 10-year-old District One baseball tournament on Sunday night.
