The Wilton 11-year-old All-Stars defeated Fairfield 6-0 Thursday in the semifinals of the Route 84 playoffs. Wilton advanced to the finals on Saturday.
Competing for the Whirlwind Diving team, which is based out of New Canaan, Wilton's Katie Warburg finished sixth in the 3-meter and third in the 1-meter earlier this month at the USA Diving summer Junior Zone A championships in Rockville.

Whirlwind finished second in the team competition with 186 points, trailing only the Montgomery Dive Club (228 points). Whirlwind won the women's division with 91 points and finished third in the men's competition with 95 points.
Nine members of the team will compete in the Age Group National Championships, which begin July 29 in Knoxville, Tenn.
