The Connecticut High School Coaches Association will be conducting its third annual Senior Girls Lacrosse All Star Game at Fairfield Warde High School on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Local girls playing in the game include Warde's Taylor Bargmann and Alex Kelly, Trumbull's Marissa Mongillo, New Canaan's Liz Detour and Wilton's Maddie Kratz.

Kratz, who helped lead Wilton to its second straight FCIAC title, also is one of six Connecticut girls players to earn All-American honors by US Lacrosse.

The other Fairfield County players recognized were New Canaan's Sarah Mannelly and Staples' Maeve Flaherty.
The Warriors lost to New Canaan 14-11 in the quarterfinals of the CIAC Class M state tournament.
The Wilton White 4th grade boys lacrosse team defeated Weston, 8-2 on Sunday as Crisp passing and a ball control offense kept pressure on the opponents throughout the game.
Reilly Bingaman scored Wilton's first goal unassisted. Later in the first quarter, Zach Rossi passed to Ryan Schriber who put Wilton up, 2-0.
Wilton scored again when Dean DiNanno passed to Ethan Grandolfo. Rossi
put Wilton up 4-0, and Tyler Zengo passed to Grandolfo, giving Wilton
the 5-0 lead.
Wilton's defense, behind Evan Harley and Conrad Emerson was strong all day, allowing very few shots. Andrew Calabrese was outstanding in goal, making five saves.
Weston got on the board early in the second half, but Thomas Costello answered with three goals on assists from Tyler Previte and Ethan Grandolfo. Jake Stein completed Wilton's scoring in the fourth quarter.
