Wilton Scores and Standings: May 3

The Wilton boys White fourth grade lacrosse team opened its season with a pair of losses to Greenwich, 11-2 and 14-3.

Despote the losses, Zach Rossi played tough on attack in both games for Wilton and netted two goals and an assist. The other highlight for Wilton was the play of Ethan Grandolfo, who had a hat trick and an assist.

In the first game, Andrew Calabrese made 15 shots for Wilton while Jack Ferguson blocked three shots in the second contest.

Tyler Previte’s tenacity paid off at the midline as he won seven faceoffs. Cole Barnes contributed an assist and a blocked shot.
