The Ridgefield football team continued its dominace of Wilton on Thursday night.

The Tigers broke open a close game by outscoring the Warriors 27-7 in the second half en route to a 47-20 win at Fujitani Field.

Ridgefield, which won it third straight to improve to 3-1, extended its unbeaten streak against Wilton to 17 games (16-0-1).

The Tigers intercepted Sean Carroll four times in the second half, pulling away from a 20-13 lead at the intermission.

Sam Gravitte kicked two field goals, John Turner rushed for a 3-yard score and Connor Rowe tossed a 3-yard TD pass to Matt Flanagan for the Tigers' points in the first half.

Carroll threw a 4-yard TD pass to Rob Keers and Connor Devane rushed for a 20-yard TD in the first half for Wilton.

But the second half was all Ridgefield, as Andrew Chuma's 20-yard interception return started a 20-point third quarter for the Tigers.

After Gravitte scored on a 3-yard TD run, Alex Ward hauled in a 19-yard TD reception for Wilton to make it 34-20. But Rowe put away the contest with TD runs of 3 and 33 yards.
