The Wilton fifth grade Blue football team won its second game of the season with a 20-0 victory over Westport.
Wilton scored on the opening drive, highlighted by Billy Ronk's 30- yard run, which was aided by key blocks from Tyler Previte, Dean DiNanno, Jack Ferguson and Jiffy Lesica. Kyle Phillips added the two-point conversion.

Wilton scored again in the first quarter on Andrew Luciano's 35 yard- TD.
The defense dominated the remainder of the half, a sJoey Seaman, Jonny Wu and Phillips all recorded big tackles for losses. Maxton Santos and Ethan Masek each recovered first-half fumbles.

The second half opened with solid defense, punctuated by Max Colburn, who stuffed Westport for no gain on a fourth-and-one.
Matthew King and Nicholas Koenigsberger kept the clock moving with strong runs into the fourth quarter. Ronk broke lose for a 20-yard TD run to close out the scoring.
A fumble recovery by Richard Nolan and big tackles by Liam Jenkins and Matt Graham sealed the shutout.
The Wilton U-11 Blue soccer team dropped a 3-2 decision on the road to Greenwich Blue.
In the first half, Old Greenwich immediately applied the pressure, but Wilton's defense held firm, led by the quartet of Ryan Schriber, Andrew Bucciero, Ethan Fang and Clay Adams and outstanding goaltending from Chase Connolly.
As the first half progressed, Wilton began to push the ball up the field, with Brendan Connor, Jay Cassone and Chris Tienken creating several scoring chances.
After an exciting but scoreless first half, the goals started coming fast
in the second half. Wilton gained the lead when Colin Kroll pushed a ball through to Ethan Grandolfo, who blasted a shot past the keeper.
Old Greenwich then scored the next three goals, but Wilton continued to fight. It cut the deficit to one when Peter Denious sent a crossing pass into the box to Cameron Farrar, who poked the ball into the back of the net.
