Theboys hockey team advanced to the semifinals of the Division II state tournament Friday with a 4-2 victory over FCIAC rival Wilton.
The Eagles improved to 15-9 and will take on top seed Guilford in the semifinals on Monday at the Ingalls Rink at Yale. Guilford advanced with a 4-3 over Suffield-Grandby-Windsor Locks.
Wilton finished the season at 11-12 after starting the year 0-7.
