Located on Poquonock Avenue in Windsor near the Windsor Locks border, Millsie's Hot Dog Truck serves kielbasa, Cajun red hot sausages and burgers in addition to their staple hot dogs, which can be topped with a number of fresh ingredients, including their homemade "best chili in Connecticut."
Millsie's can be found next to Dale Drug, across from Rice Hardware on Poquonock Avenue. They're open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday between the months of April and December.
