Boy, 8, Seriously Injured in Windsor Boating Accident
The boy reportedly may lose the use of a few of his fingers.
An 8-year-old boy was seriously injured in a boating accident and may lose the use of a few of his fingers, according to the Hartford Courant.
The Courant reports the accident occurred Monday night at Rainbow Reservoir in Windsor when the boy was in the backseat of a boat that was starting to pull his father and two siblings in a tube.
The boy’s hand got caught and twisted in the coiled plastic rope that was attached to the tube when he tried to let out some more line, according to the Courant.
