The Center for Physical Therapy and Wellness will host a free educational session, "Coconut Oil, Ketones and Neurological Health." Speakers will share their expertise on ketones - an alternative fuel for the brain - and offer insight on the effectiveness of coconut oil to improve memory, clarity, and daily function lost with age-related illnesses. Additionally, a participant will join the discussion to share his personal experience taking Fuel For Thought, a fortified coconut oil beverage, to help enhance his daily functions living with Parkinson's. Samples will be available and light appetizers will be served. The session is open to patients, caregivers, family members, health care professionals and the general community.
