With a CVS in the central Windsor Downtown & another CVS not far away on the Windsor / Hartford border plaza does Windsor really need another drugstore in the downtown area or would Windsor be better served by having Walgreens in another location that has empty store fronts like the Target/StopNShop Plaza, PriceRite Plaza area or in PriceChopper Plaza areas?
There are empty store fronts in most of these places - before tearing up our downtown & turning it into East Hartford place the big box stores into the plazas which are already in place that are lacking tenants. Why are they (Walgreens) not being directed to go into places like that where all the tearing up of our beautiful small town & forgoing special variances
