
It's time for the Windsor Education Foundation's spring Farms to Fork event - an organic brunch on Sunday, March 11th at 11:00 am at Northwest Park (indoors) at 145 Lang Road in Windsor, CT.
The WEF Board is looking forward to enjoying a Sunday morning with you and our guest chefs:
Carol Engelmann, Catering Manager at the Beanery at Bart's in Windsor, Cialestino "Dino" Cialfi, owner and Executive Chef of Peppercorn's in Hartford and Kim Rukus, Sous Chef at Peppercorn's.
There will be wonderful brunch specialties and cocktails to savor and a handful of auction items. You might even win the raffle for a 3 night stay at the beautiful Topside Inn at Boothbay Harbor, Maine
Tickets are $30 per person. All proceeds benefit WEF's grants to Windsor classrooms.
The organic menu includes Gourmet Quiche, Specialty Sausage, Nitrate-free Ham, Banana and other Breads, Garden Salad, Fruit Assortment, Coffee, Tea, Lemon Water and your choice of Mimosa or Bloody Mary (alcohol-free versions available.)
Entertainment includes music by the famous Trey Wilson Trio, a 10 item Foodie Auction and a
Raffle for a 3 Night Stay at the Topside Inn.
