Children ages 6-10 are invited to experience a night of “Glow-in-the-Dark Fun” at the Windsor Public Library on Wednesday, August 1st, 6:30-7:30 PM. We’ll paint glow-in-the-dark masks, wear glow necklaces, and play glow-in-the-dark tag. Maybe we’ll even taste some glowing treats.
