Launch Party for Windsor Native's New Busienss - Back East Brewery

Windsor native Tony Karlowicz will follow his dream on
Saturday, August 11 when the doors officially open on Connecticut’s first
craft brewery launched since 2006 that he and his partner envisioned in college.  Based
in Bloomfield, Back East Brewing Company is the realization of a twenty-year
old dream by its two proprietors, Windsor native, Tony Karlowicz and Edward Fabrycki, Jr.  From noon to 4:00 they will welcome those over age 21 to tour,
taste and celebrate the triumph of the opening of their new business at 1296
Blue Hill Avenue, Bloomfield.

The August 11 Launch Party will
give those over 21 a backstage look at the brewing process at Back East with
tours of the brewery.  They will be able
to sample the beer, suit-up with Back East garb, learn about the Connecticut
Beer Trail and
purchase one of the commemorative bottles of their inaugural batch of Imperial Stout.

The Back
