While reading an article online I clicked one of the links that information about Windsor Public Schools was taken from; the Great Schools website.

Windsor Public Schools test scores are shown in addition to other information about the quality of the school & demographics on the Great Schools website.

What happened in 2010 that caused the test scores to drop dramatically?

Who are the people that put the Failing Changes into place?

Are these people still employed by the Windsor Public School District?

If they are still employed what is the reason & logic for keeping such a failing program in place rather than removing it & going back to what was working?
