Windsor Independents Announce Slate: We have just received notice from the Secretary of State that our Slate has been accepted. Candidates for Town Council are: Rickey Kendall, John A. Dunn, Stephen H. McKay, Lisa Marie Boccia. Candidate for Board of Education: Kristin Lynn Ingram. Due to personal circumstances beyond our candidates control, we have lost some good people. We have until 21 days before the election to add additional candidates.
