Arson Fire Investigated in East Windsor: Police
Nearby mobile homes had to be evacuated.
EAST WINDSOR, CT - Police say they are investigating an arson fire at an abandoned mobile home at 213 Fairway Drive.
The fire began at 11 p.m. Thursday. Responding officers found the rear of the mobile home fully engulfed.
Officers, with the assistance of members of East Windsor Ambulance, quickly began evacuating nearby mobile homes, police said. Warehouse Point Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire.

A state Fire Marshal responded as well as a K-9 to search for traces of an accelerant, which was not found.
An investigation revealed there had not been electricity at the home since 2008. The fire is being investigated as an arson, police said.
