East Windsor 7-Eleven Robbed at Knifepoint

Police are looking for the suspect, who fled on foot early Thursday morning.

East Windsor Police are looking for a man who robbed a 7-Eleven at knifepoint early Thursday morning.

Police received a 911 call from the 7-Eleven on 183 South Main Street (Route 5) at 4:30 a.m., reporting that they had just been robbed at knifepoint and the suspect fled on foot northbound on Route 5.

Police said officers and a K-9 Unit from the Connecticut State Police responded but were unable to locate the suspect.

The suspect is a skinny, white male approximately 6-feet tall and weighs between 150-160 pounds and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, black gloves, blue sweat pants with a white stripe and blue/white sneakers.

The suspect stole cartons of cigarettes and cash.
