April 13
Kevin G. Yosky, 61, of 14 Yosky Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a call on Yosky Rd., 1:42 p.m.
April 14
Karl J. Todd, 47, of 21 Wagner Ln., East Windsor, was charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with a call on South Main St., 12:31 a.m.
April 15
Angela L. Mangino, 43, of 29 Stinson Pl., Windsor, was charged with 1st-degree forgery, in connection with a fraud call at Geissler's Market on Bridge St., 10:14 a.m.
Kyle T. Carso, 44, of 31 Lakeside Dr., Andover, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, in connection with a call at Nonna's Pizza on South Main St., 7:34 p.m.
Daniel A. McCormick, 25, of 93 Winkler Rd., East Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a breach of peace call at Options Unlimited on Winkler Rd., 9:13 p.m.
April 17
Jessica D. Mincarelli, 26, of 8 Sullivan Rd., Ellington, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, on a warrant, 6:37 p.m.
Erica J. Flagg, 33, of 147-B Main St., Broad Brook, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer and assault on a public safety official, in connection with a breach of peace call on Main St., 7:44 p.m.
April 18
Christopher M. Labbe, 19, of 75 Ella Grasso Tpk., Windsor Locks, was charged with failure to pay or plea, on a warrant, 9:05 p.m.
