Zchacorey L. Pouncey, 30, of 35 Depot St. East Windsor, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and carrying a dangerous weapon, on a warrant, 9:25 a.m.
April 7
Stephen M. Coley, 20, of 39 Omelia Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with evading responsibility, operating under suspension, failure to obey stop sign and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Cemetery and Woolam Rds., 9:08 a.m.
Michelle L. Pagano, 24, of 220 Adams Hill Way, East Windsor, was charged with evading responsibility, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Adams Hill Way, 4:12 p.m.
Alex J. Carlin, 18, of 47 Oak St., 2nd floor, Windsor Locks, was charged with evading responsibility, in connection with a motor vehicle accident at Walmart on Prospect Hill Rd., 7:17 p.m.

Andre M. Brown, 22, of 102 Grove St., Windsor, was charged with interfering with an officer and sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Walmart on Prospect Hill Rd., 5:21 p.m.

Justin L. Smith, 35, of 40 Abbey Ln., Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey traffic control signal and improper signalling, in connection with a traffic stop on I-91 exit 44, 2:02 a.m.
Mallory L. Bourgoin, 26, of 161 East Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with interfering with an officer and operating under the influence, in connection with a medical aid call on Omelia Rd., 1:18 p.m.
