East Windsor Police Blotter: Woman Threatens Taco Bell Manager, Minor Charged with DUI
Recent arrests and activity by the East Windsor Police Department.

The following information has been provided by the East Windsor Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
- Officers responded to Taco Bell for a dispute between a customer and manager. It was found the customer, Consuela Green, 42, of Springfield, was upset due to the wait time of her food and made a threat to the manager. Green was arrested for Breach of Peace - By Threat and issued a summons to appear in court.
- Witness reported a vehicle had struck a sign on I-91 and exited at Exit 45. The witness believed the driver parked at the Rodeway Inn on Bridge Street. Midnight shift officers located the vehicle with fresh damage and also the driver inside the hotel. Narcotics and drug paraphernalia were found during the investigation and the Connecticut State Police took over the investigation due to the original incident occurring on I-91. Kudos to the witness.

- After reporting his license plate stolen at the end of October, the victim observed his registration plate affixed to a vehicle at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant. Police responded, located the driver, and confirmed he was in possession of the stolen plate. Benjamin Smith, 19, of no certain address, was arrested and charged with Theft of Number Plate, Improper Use of Registration, Operating Vehicle w/o Insurance, Operating Unregistered Vehicle and Operating Vehicle w/o License. Good job being aware of your surroundings.
- Evening shift responded to a domestic incident. After an investigation which found both individuals involved made threats, Anthony Downey, 53, of East Windsor, and Audrey Fitzpatrick, 46, of East Windsor, were arrested. Downey was charged with Breach of Peace 2nd Degree and Fitzpatrick was charged with Criminal Violation of Protective Order and Breach of Peace.
- A suspicious vehicle was reported to police that was parked at the Burlington Coat Factory. Evening officers responded and found the vehicle was occupied by two males. An investigation led to the finding of narcotics and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Andrew Steirer, 32, of Windsor Locks, and Kenneth Griggs, 22, of East Windsor, were arrested and charged with drug offenses.
- A possible intoxicated driver was reported on Bridge Street. The vehicle was found in the Sunoco parking lot, occupied and still running. The operator, Vladislav Golenev, 19, of Westfield, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and charged with DUI and Possession of Liquor in Motor Vehicle by a Minor.
