Federal officials said William Jusino was part of a Hartford-area drug ring that distributed crack cocaine. Several law enforcement agencies, including Windsor Locks police, participated in the investigation.

A 37-year-old Hartford man was sentenced to 10 years in prison and five years supervised release for his role in a Hartford-area narcotics distribution ring, U.S. Attorney David B. Fein announced Tuesday.
