LEBORIOUS CAMPAIGN FOR 59th HOUSE DISTRICT GAINS MOMENTUM
LEBORIOUS QUALIFIES FOR STATE CAMPAIGN FINANCING GRANT
Thanks to the overwhelming support of East Windsor and Enfield voters, Democratic candidate for state representative in the 59th House District, Rick LeBorious will receive a public campaign financing grant through the state’s Citizens’ Election Program (CEP). Members of the State Elections Enforcement Commission agreed that LeBorious met the qualifications for the grant at the SEEC’s July 1, 2026 meeting. The vote was unanimous.
“I am so grateful to everyone who has helped me achieve this milestone in my campaign. I will continue talking to voters in Enfield and East Windsor about their issues and concerns. I am looking forward to representing the people of the 59th House District in the state legislature,” said LeBorious.
LeBorious, who is an East Windsor resident, grew up in Enfield and raised his family in that community. Throughout his life, LeBorious has been active in the political and civic life of both towns. He served as Enfield’s mayor and deputy mayor and has held many elected and appointed positions. In addition, LeBorious is the owner of a small business located in Enfield.
