Man Charged With Heroin Possession, DUI in Windsor Locks
Police arrested the man for several offenses, including possession of heroin, early Monday morning.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - Police arrested a Windsor man in the early morning hours Monday, charging him with several offenses including heroin possession.
Angel L. Colon, 37, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of heroin, use of drug paraphernalia and operating under suspension. He was held on $10,000 bond, a police report said.
Around 2:20 a.m., an officer observed a suspicious car in the area of the intersection of Gaylord Road and South Center Street. When the officer approached the vehicle,he found a male in the operator's seat, later identified as Colon, the report said.

The officer determined Colon was operating under the influence, and he was also found to be in possession of heroin, according to the report.
