Man Charged with Robbing East Windsor Dunkin' Donuts

East Windsor Police arrested the suspect early Monday morning after he fled the scene on foot.

East Windsor Police charged a town man with robbing a Dunkin’ Donuts early Monday morning.

Police were dispatched to the Bridge St. Shell Station on the report of a robbery at about 5:08 a.m.

Dispatch reported to responding officers that a white male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt robbed the Dunkin Donuts and left on foot, according to police.

At 5:15 a.m., officers located the suspect fleeing on foot on North Road near the intersection of Shoham Road.

Police said the suspect, Connor Bayliss, was taken into custody without incident.

Bayliss, of 19 Dean Avenue, was arrested and charged with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree threatening.

Police said the cash from the robbery was recovered on Bayliss.
