Man Threatened to Stab DCF Investigator: Windsor Locks Police
Police say the man was arguing with his mother, calling her racial slurs, and then threatened the investigator.
Windsor Locks police have charged a 28-year-old man with threatening to stab a DCF investigator.
Police responded to 21 Spring Street on Monday, Aug. 17, and said Percy Harris was arguing with his mother, calling her racial slurs, then turned his wrath on the DCF Investigator by threatening to stab her.
Police said his conduct continued to become increasingly more hostile and that contributed to his arrest. He was also found to be in the possession of a knife, according to police.

Harris was then arrested on charges of second-degree threatening, interfering with police and disorderly conduct. He is being held on a $10,000 bond, according to police.
