Men Charged in Drug Bust at East Windsor Hotel
East Windsor, Windsor Locks Police, along with the DEA, executed a search warrant on a hotel room Thursday afternoon.

Authorities arrested two men in a drug bust at the Rodeway Inn & Suites, located at 161 Bridge Street, Thursday afternoon in East Windsor.
Officers and detectives from the East Windsor Police Department, Windsor Locks Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Agency executed a search warrant on a hotel room at about 3:30 p.m.
The search warrant was a culmination of an investigation into drug sales occurring at the hotel, according to East Windsor Police.

A Connecticut State Police Troop H K9 Unit and the Warehouse Fire Department also assisted in the drug bust.
Jovaan Lumpkin, 29 of Hartford, and Jahmar Williams, 26, of Windsor Locks, were arrested.

Both were charged with the following:
- Sale of narcotics
- Possession of narcotics
- Possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school
- Possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Operating a drug factory
- Possession of less than 1/2 ounces of marijuana
Bond was set at $50,000 and both will appear at Enfield Superior Court on Dec. 4 if bond is not met.
