Men Had 89 Bags of Heroin in Motel 6 Parking Lot: Police

Windsor Locks Police recently arrested two men on drug charges after a suspicious vehicle was observed in the Motel 6 parking lot.

Windsor Locks Police arrested two men on drug charges after they were found to be in possession of 89 bags of heroin while in the Motel 6 parking lot, according to police.

Police observed a suspicious vehicle that was parked at the furthest point away from any of the rooms at Motel 6 on Dec. 26.

Police said the occupants, identified as Jared Sherman-West and Dylan Ravlin, displayed suspicious behavior.

Investigation continued and resulted in 85 bags of heroin found on the person of Ravlin, while Sherman-West was allegedly found in possession of four bags of heroin, according to police.

Ravlin was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was held on a $5,000 bond and was due in court on Jan. 5.
