Police Search for Missing East Windsor Teen

A Silver Alert has been issued for East Windsor’s Victor J. Arroyo, 17, who has been missing since Friday.

Police said Arroyo is an endangered runaway and while he is an East Windsor resident, he was last seen in Hartford and possibly in East Hartford.

Arroyo has brown hair in an afro style and brown eyes and is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 210 pounds.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a turquoise T-shirt and white sneakers while carrying a black backpack. Police also said Arroyo has a scar on his left forearm and a bruise on his left cheek.
