BREAKING: Truck Takes Out Pole in East Windsor, Closes Section of Route 5
Power was out in the area.

EAST WINDSOR, CT — A tractor-trailer crash closed a section of Route 5 on Tuesday.
East Windsor Police said in a 10:20 a.m. Facebook post that the crash took place at 200 S. Main St. — the local name for Route 5 — when a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck collided.
The section of Route 5 from Stoughton Road to Abbe Road was expected to be closed for an indefinite period of time, police said.

Power was out in the immediate area and police said Eversource Energy crews were en route to the scene.
No serious injuries were reported, police said in the Facebook post.
