Windsor Locks Police Arrests Include Threatening, DWI, Strangulation Charges

The following information has been provided by the Windsor Locks Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Matthew Fitzgerald, 29, of Mather St. in Suffield, was arrested Oct. 18 on a charge of second-degree threatening.

Maria Marrero, 26, of Rose St. in East Hartford, was arrested Oct. 17 on charges of DWI, reckless driving and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Kiajah Barrow, 26, of Taft Lane in Windsor Locks, was arrested Oct. 14 on charges of risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault.

Lori Beneski, 40, of Hill St. in Suffield, was arrested Oct. 11 on a charge of DWI.

Billy Brotherton, 33, of Old County Rd. in Windsor Locks, was arrested Oct. 6 on charges of third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Kevin Ravlin, 18, of Spring St. in Windsor Locks, was arrested Oct. 4 on charges of DWI, reckless driving and speeding.

Ted Terrion, 22, of Bloomfield Ave. in West Hartford, was arrested Oct. 3 on charges of DWI and reckless driving.

David Haller Jr., 39, of Sherwin Lane in Windsor Locks, was arrested Oct. 1 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
