April 4

Allen Howard, 34, of 515 Halfway House Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and 2nd-degree breach of peace, on a warrant, 6:02 a.m.

April 5

Brett T. Clark, 20, of 37 Greenfield Dr., Windsor Locks, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 7:17 p.m.

April 6

Damien C. Grimsley, 25, of 123 Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, emissions violation and failure to carry license, in connection with an intimidation call on Elm St., 4:18 p.m.

April 8

Christopher Michaud, 47, of 287 Elm St., Apt. A-18, Windsor Locks, was charged with violating a protective order, in connection with an intimidation call on Woodland St., 4:42 p.m.

April 9

James Wozniak, 47, of 48 Gaylord Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with 2nd-degree assault and disorderly conduct, in connection with an assault call on Gaylord Rd., 6:13 p.m.

Kimberly Andrews, 49, of 3 Pheasant Hill Rd., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with an assault call on Gaylord Rd., 6:13 p.m.

April 10

Kazia Kostrzewa, 24, of 125 Pearl St., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree larceny, on a warrant.
