David Scully, Jr., 61, of Windsor Locks, was charged with violation of probation.

Irene Worsely, 36, of Cromwell, was charged with violation of probation.

Rami Rayyashi, 18, of Windsor Locks, was charged with failure to pay/plead to infraction

James Dowd, 26, of Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault of a pregnant woman, third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct. In a separate arrest, he was charged with threatening an officer.

Kevin McLaughlin, 29, of Norwood, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence and improper turn.

Paula Barnaby, 58, of Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault of an elderly victim and disorderly conduct.

Monique Gonzalez, 25, of Hartford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of registration plates, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Kathryn Kiczuk, 43, of West Suffield, was charged with driving while intoxicated, second-degree breach of the peace and interfering with an officer.

Frederick Zorick, 32, of Windsor Locks, was charged with risk of injury to a child and interfering with an officer.

Abdullah Rashid, 67, of Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny.

Darren Downing, 39, of Tariffville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of registration plates and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Bryam Henriquez, 24, of Windsor Locks was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Elvis Andino, 37, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with breach of peace.

Julia Andino, 37, of Springfield, Mass, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Allan Kingsley, 62, of Windsor Locks, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to drive right.

David Lingua, 74, of Windsor Locks, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Christopher Halpin, 43, of Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Kevin Morganson, 56, of Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Thomas Waterman, 49, of Windsor Locks, was charged with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated.

Dillon Britland, 24, of Windsor, was charged with second-degree forgery and third-degree larceny.
