Melissa Pease, 34, of Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Brandon Kennedy, 34, of Norwich, was charged with failure to obey stop sign and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Donnell Hubbard, 27, of Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and risk of injury to a child.

Brett Moody, 36, of Windsor Locks, was charged with following to closely and driving while intoxicated.

John Jones, 48, of Windsor Locks, was charged with unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency 911 call, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

John Homick, 62, of West Haven, was charged with evading responsibility and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Christopher Roberts, 48, of Windsor, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Rhonda Freschette, 57, of Windsor Locks, was charged with failure to drive right and driving while intoxicated.

An East Hartford juvenile was charged with third-degree larceny and using a motor vehicle without permission.

Nida Williams, 41, of Bloomfield, was charged with failure to grant the right of way and driving while intoxicated.

A Windsor Locks juvenile was charged with reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, possession of more than four ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
