Samantha A. Heumann, 26, of 206 North Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with operating under the influence, carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol and failure to obey traffic control signal, in connection with a traffic stop on Main St., 11:15 p.m.

May 16

Christina A. Caye, 38, of 21 Spring St., Apt. D-1, Windsor Locks, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 3:08 a.m.

Ronnette N. Perry, 47, of 73 Ridge St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), on a pair of warrants, 9:43 p.m.
