Windsor Locks Police Charge Four With DUI
Police recently made four arrests on DUI charges, including one that was involved in a multi-car crash.

Windsor Locks Police recently arrested four people on DUI charges, in separate incidents, including one that involved a multi-vehicle crash.
Police responded to a report of a three-car crash with injuries in the area of 240 Elm Street on Dec. 12.
Police said the accused operator Becky Kluntz showed signs of being under the influence and she was arrested following an investigation.

Kluntz was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and reckless driving.
She was held on a $1,500 bond and is due in court on Dec. 21.

Police responded to the area of Daleo Drive on Dec. 13 on the report of an erratic driver.
Officers located the vehicle operated by Daniel Dupuis, 53, and concluded that he was driving under the influence, according to police.
Dupuis was charged with operating under the influence. He was held on a $1,000 bond and is due in court on Jan. 4.
A Windsor Locks officer was on patrol targeting under the influence operators on Dec. 10 and stopped a vehicle for a motor vehicle violation near CVS around 1:27 a.m.
Investigation ensued and the operator, Kenneth Kiely, was arrested.
Kiely was charged with traveling at an unreasonable speed, operating with a suspended license, and operating under the influence.
Kiely was held on a $500 bond and is due in court on Dec. 21.
In another incident, an officer on patrol targeting under the influence drivers stopped a vehicle for a violation on Main Street at about 11:23 p.m. on Dec. 10.
Kevin Lafferty, 32, was arrested following an investigation and charged with traveling at an unreasonable speed, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, expired emissions, operating with a suspended license, and operating under the influence.
He was held on a $500 bond and is due in court on Dec. 21.
