Windsor Locks Police Seek To Reunite Lost Dog With Owner
The dog was found in the area of Spring Street.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - Police are asking for the public's help in reuniting a dog with her owner. The dog is a smooth fox terrier-mix type, colored white, black and tan. She was found near Spring Street in Windsor Locks.
