Hebert was presented with the outstanding achievement award at the CAR Leadership Conference at the Mystic Marriott on November 29.

This outstanding achievement award is given annually to one Realtor® who displays commitment, leadership and great dedication to the Realtor® trade association at the state, national and local levels.
Hebert, the 2012 CAR President-Elect, became a Realtor® in 1985 and has been a Broker-Partner of since 1996.

She is a former president of the Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS®, where she has served as a director for many years. She was named Realtor® of the Year for 2008 for the Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS® and received the President's Choice Award in 2005.
Hebert was elected president of CTMLS in 2008 after serving as a founding director of the organization and chair of the 2007 Nominating Committee.
She is a member of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS® Finance, Legislative and Political Affairs committees and a past member of the association's Professional Standards and Risk Reduction Committees. She has been a CAR director for the past several years.
Hebert is a past President and founding member of Woman's Council of REALTORS® Laurel Chapter.
She holds the designations of Certified Residential Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Professional Standards Certified Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
The CRB, CRS and GRIs signify advanced knowledge in the field, while SRES showcases training in serving the needs of clients over the age of 50, and the PSCS designation focuses on maintaining professional standards.
In 2006, Hebert won the l Visionary Award for support and sponsorship of Waterbury Youth Services. She and her husband Ken Hebert have three daughters, Lindsay, Shannon and Brittany, and one granddaughter, Ashlin.
