CT Specialty Food Award Winners in Litchfield Hills and Fairfield County

Each year the Connecticut Specialty Food Association honors entrepreneurs that produce specialty foods in Connecticut.  There are over thirty food categories that are judged on their taste/flavor, texture, aroma, and appearance/color.  A panel of 20 judges from local media personalities to chefs and food writers are assigned to review certain food categories.
