On November 9th, The Charcoal Chef Restaurant, Main Street North in Woodbury is hosting a 10% Monday in memory of Bethlehem native, CW3 William I. Brennan. The Connecticut Trees of Honor Memorial will receive 10% of the days total proceeds in his name.
