Flanders Pre-School Outdoor Rangers Programs

    Flanders Nature Center & Land Trust in Woodbury has opened registration for their fall programs for pre-school children. Located at 5 Church Hill Road, Flanders offers environmentally-based educational programs for children conducted on its 200-acre campus of forest, field and farm , with active involvement in the natural world.

    Pre-school programs for children ages 3 to 5 are offered beginning September 7. The "Outdoor Rangers" sessions in which children discover the animals, plants and insects that inhabit Flanders in the fall are held on Mondays and Tuesdays from September 12 through December 20. Program fees are $20 per class for Flanders' members and $27 per class for non-members. Preregistration is required for all classes. For information, call (203) 263-3711
