Voter Turnout at Region 14 Referendum Light, Poll Workers Say

Voter turnout in the Region 14 budget referendum, as of 3 p.m., was approximately 13 percent, according to poll workers at the .

Of the 6,586 eligible voters on the list, 855 people voted. Poll worker Andrew Harley said the turnout is light for a school budget vote but is picking up a bit.

Polls close at 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 8.
