Nonnewaug High School Holiday Plant Sale This Weekend
The Saturday plant sale will also offer children the opportunity to have their picture taken with Santa from 11-1.
The students in the Agriscience Program at Nonnewaug High School are preparing for the Holiday Plant Sale being held on Saturday December 6th (9am-3pm).
The students will be decorating wreaths to fill orders that have already been received as well as decorate others that will be sold on the day of the sale.
In addition to decorating wreaths the students must continue to care for the 500+ Poinsettias that are growing in the NHS Greenhouses. Additional items such as Yule Logs, Cemetery Pots, Holiday Centerpieces and Kissing Balls are all in production by various classes in preparation of Saturday’s Sale.

The Saturday plant sale will also offer children the opportunity to have their picture taken with Santa from 11-1 and visit with the elves while mom and dad shop for their holiday items.
