NVCC Hosts Saturday Registration Day, Evening Hours

Current and prospective students of Naugatuck Valley Community College -- take heed of upcoming registration days.

 

Current and prospective students are invited to attend Naugatuck Valley Community College’s Express Registration Day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sat., Jan. 14, at Naugatuck Valley Community College, 750 Chase Parkway, Waterbury.

The spring academic semester at NVCC begins on Fri., Jan. 20.

Express Registration gives students the opportunity to apply to the college, take the placement exam, meet with an advisor, and register and pay for courses in just a few hours. Representatives from the NVCC Bookstore, Financial Aid Office and Cashier’s Office will also be on hand to assist students.

In order to complete the entire process, students are asked to arrive as early as possible.

Applications located on the NVCC website can be completed ahead of time.

Students will need to provide proof of high school completion and immunization documentation.

The college will also be offering extended registration hours on the following dates:

  • 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11
  • 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Thursday, Jan. 12
  • 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17
  • 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18
  • 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan.  19
  • 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Friday, Jan. 20
