“Understanding Depression and Anxiety” workshop, Thursday, February 13, 6:30-7:30 pm, Sacred Heart Church, 910 Main Street South in Southbury, led by Michelle Slivinsky, M.A. of UCONN Health Center. Workshop will cover myths vs. facts about depression; how to recognize signs and symptoms of depression and how they differ in children, adolescents, adults, and seniors; tips for relieving depression and anxiety. Listing of books, websites and other resources will be provided.
