• Enstructure, Diamond State Port Corp. and partners celebrate groundbreaking of the Delaware Container Terminal (ajot.com) — A massive new Delaware Container Terminal is breaking ground at the former Edgemoor industrial site, promising thousands of union jobs and major upgrades to port infrastructure by 2029. State leaders say the Edgemoor waterfront project will nearly double Delaware River container capacity, bring cleaner, electric cargo-handling equipment, and expand global trade access while aiming to reduce emissions for nearby communities.
