• Man charged with kidnapping girlfriend in Seaford (wboc.com) — A woman was rescued after an alleged kidnapping incident in Seaford, where witnesses intervened as she tried to escape from a moving car near Pennsylvania Avenue and Hall Street. Police later arrested a 25-year-old suspect at his home, filed multiple felony and traffic charges, and are asking anyone with additional information to contact the Seaford Police Department.
