Let the music take you on a journey at the District Band Concert!

All members of the Christina School District community are invited to the District Band Concert on Saturday, March 16 at 4:00 PM at Glasgow High School. The District Band includes musicians from Christiana High School, Glasgow High School, Newark High School, Bancroft School, Bayard School, Gauger-Cobbs Middle School, Kirk Middle School, Shue-Medill Middle School, and Middle School Honors Academy at CHS.

The concert lineup features a middle school honor band, a combined high school band, and a combined high school steel band. Each ensemble had the opportunity to rehearse up to two times before taking the stage. The compact rehearsal schedule highlights the exceptional music education taking place in our elementary and secondary schools, as well as the dedication of the talented students within our district. The band directors have done a great job of collaborating to make sure all students have a positive musical experience.

Please join us on March 16 to experience the incredible musical talent of the students in the Christina School District.

This event is free and open to the public. No tickets are required, and seating is general admission.
