• Bride-to-Be Wins $100,000 Delaware Lottery Prize, Plans to Put Winnings Toward Wedding (delawarelive.com) — A Wilmington woman is putting a big dent in her wedding costs after winning a $100,000 top prize on the Delaware Lottery's 100X THE CELEBRATION scratch-off game. The 32-year-old claimed her prize in Dover after buying the ticket at Naaman's Beverage Mart in Claymont, and lottery officials say one more $100,000 top prize is still unclaimed.
